Calm yourself

Do you feel overexcited, anxious, angry, agitated, chaotic, or keyed up?

You may be in a hyper-aroused state. Your “fight or flight” response has been activated, resulting in excessive activation or energy. Choose an activity that will calm your nervous system. The time for each activity can vary; use the filters to sort by suggested times.
