Activate yourself

Are you feeling numb, depressed, withdrawn, or avoidant?

You may be in a hypo-aroused state. Your “freeze” response has been activated, resulting in a sense of shutting down or disassociating. Choose an activity that will activate your nervous system. The time for each activity can vary; use the filters to sort by suggested times.
